To schedule any permanent makeup appointments: you will be emailed intake forms to have complete before your appointment. Consultations may be required for these appointments to discuss styling/contraindications/preparation/aftercare for your upcoming service. All permanent makeup appointments also require a nonrefundable booking fee to hold your appointment. The fee is applied to the cost of your service unless less than 24 hours cancelation notice or no show occur. In which case the fee is forfeited and a new booking fee will be required to schedule a new service.

We kindly ask that you give 24 hours cancellation notice for all appointments. Please understand that others are often on waitlists for appointments. By giving notice you may make someone else very happy! When scheduling online a credit card will be put on file. If less than 24 hrs is given for cancellations/rescheduling or no shows you will be billed for 50% of the cost of the appointment or $25, whichever is greater. If no card is on file an invoice will be sent. No future appointments will be scheduled until the balance is paid. In some cases clients may be required to prepay for appointments if they are habitually late/cancel/no show. We try our best to be respectful and provide the best quality service and experience to everyone, please return the favor.
